IMPORTANT NOTICE: CONNECTED’S SERVICES, INCLUDING THE ASSESSMENT TOOL AND RESULTS, ARE PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The features and content provided by us, whether free or paid, are intended for general information and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice, nor any type of diagnosis or healthcare recommendation.
Any assessment on our platform is self-administered, and the resulting content is generated based on your responses. What you do based on the resulting content is a matter for you to decide and should never be dictated by the content itself. Accordingly, Connected assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any reliance by you on the assessment(s) and resulting content.

1. General Terms
1.1 The terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy (collectively, “Terms”), apply to your access to and use of any website, mobile applications, and other products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Connected Media Pte. Ltd. (“Connected”). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
1.2 The Terms are applicable to all users of the Services and constitute a legally binding contract between you and Connected. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms. Access to or use of certain areas or features of the Services may be subject to separate policies, standards, or guidelines, or may require you to accept additional terms and conditions.
1.3 Where you download any application from a third-party digital distribution platform such as Apple iTunes or Google Play, the terms of such platform regarding the checkout process apply in addition to these Terms and, to the extent they govern the technical process of completing purchases and downloads, prevail in the event of any conflict.
1.4 Connected reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend any parts of the Terms at any time. You should periodically visit this page to review the current Terms so that you are aware of any revisions. In the event of any changes to the Terms, Connected will either notify you via email to the address registered with Connected or post the changes on this page and change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page as the effective date of the change. However, any changes will not apply retrospectively. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.

2. Definitions and Interpretation
Assessment Results: Results of the Personality Assessment generated by the Assessment Tool.
Assessment Tool: Connected’s proprietary Personality Profiling Software.
Connected Technology: Connected’s proprietary technology underlying the Services, including content, software tools, algorithms, source codes, user interface designs, trade secrets, and intellectual property rights.
Content: Any data, text, software, graphics, videos, or other materials made available through the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights (registered or not), including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
Payment Method: Your current and valid method of payment accepted by Connected.
Personal Data: Data enabling Connected to identify users personally, including data that identifies a person through additional information to which Connected has access.
User’s Content: Any data or materials uploaded or transmitted by you via the Services.

3. Eligibility to Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the Services and/or register an Account. You may allow children under your care to answer the personality assessment with your knowledge and permission while logged into your account.

4. Account Registration
4.1 When creating an Account, you will be required to provide certain information, including your name, birthdate, gender, and, if applicable, your child’s name, birthdate, and gender. By providing this information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to disclose this data, including for children under your care, and that it is accurate, current, and complete.
4.2 Connected reserves the right to approve or refuse registration of an Account. You agree not to share your password or assign your Account to any third party without authorisation.
4.3 By registering, you agree to receive informative, promotional, or marketing communications, but you may opt out at any time.
4.4 Connected may suspend or terminate your Account for breaches of these Terms, with or without notice.
4.5 If you provide data about your child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the authority to act on their behalf.

5. Payments, Taxes, and Refunds
5.1 Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be billed via your selected app store’s payment system.
5.2 All subscription purchases are final. Refunds will generally not be provided. However, users experiencing technical issues or extraordinary circumstances may contact community@getconnected.sg for consideration. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Connected or the app store.
5.3 Prices for subscriptions may change, with reasonable advance notice provided.
5.4 Taxes applicable to your region will be added to subscription charges unless otherwise specified during purchase.

6. Promotional Offers
6.1 Connected may offer promotional campaigns or codes (“Promo Codes”) at its discretion. Promo Codes apply only to the initial subscription period unless explicitly stated.
6.2 Promo Codes cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash, or transferred. Misuse of Promo Codes may result in suspension of your Account.

7. Right of Use and Obligations
7.1 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Misuse or unauthorised access is prohibited.
7.2 You must not:
Use the Services unlawfully or for prohibited activities.
Reverse engineer or disassemble Connected Technology.
Submit false or misleading information.

8. User’s Content
8.1 To the extent that the Services allow you to post or upload any content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the right to use such content.
Your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.
8.2 Connected reserves the right to moderate and remove any content deemed inappropriate.

9. Updates, Modifications, and Availability
9.1 Connected may update or modify the Services, resulting in temporary interruptions.
9.2 Connected reserves the right to discontinue the Services, with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to Connected or its licensors.
10.2 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Connected’s intellectual property without explicit authorisation.

11. Third-Party Resources
11.1 The Services may include links to third-party resources, for which Connected assumes no responsibility.

12. Disclaimers
12.1 Connected provides the Services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12.2 The Assessment Tool and Results are for informational purposes only and are not diagnostic tools. Connected disclaims liability for reliance on these tools. Always seek professional advice for health or mental well-being concerns.

13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Connected shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13.2 In any claim, Connected’s liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid for the Services.

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Connected harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination
15.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
15.2 Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

16. Notices
16.1 Connected may notify you via email or by posting updates on the Services.
16.2 Users may contact Connected at community@getconnected.sg for inquiries or issues.

17. Other Terms
17.1 Any delay or failure by Connected to enforce these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
17.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdictions
These Terms shall be governed by Singapore law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
